Aided Language Stimulation Therapy technique for minimally verbal or non-verbal children.

Aided Language Stimulation is a useful tool to incorporate into therapy for minimally verbal or non-verbal children. It has been proven to be an effective therapy tool. Parents can also use it by downloading basic communication applications onto their tablet or I-Pad. It is useful by exposing a child to additional language input, so for example, if you are playing with bubbles with your child, you may hit the word "bubbles" on the communication application to reinforce the word.
